Organizational Leadership and Supervision with an Emphasis in Human Resources, AS

This program is designed to prepare individuals for entry level human resources positions.  Students complete six core courses in HR with flexibility in selecting two of those courses to meet their current or future job needs.  These courses transfer directly to the Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources.  Students also complete 12 courses in general and technical education courses and two electives, all of which transfer to the HR Bachelor's degree.  Many of these courses will transfer to other PNC degrees as well.
